In case you were wondering if all this talk about threats to democracy were really just hyperbole, please inhale deeply this sentiment openly expressed by a Republican operative at CPAC. Remember this when they say they believe in upholding the Constitution. Finally get it in your head that when they deliver easily debunkable lies, they are laughing WITH us as we poke holes in their “arguments” BECAUSE THEY KNOW they are lying when they make PC statements outside of their safe spaces like CPAC. They are not good-faith players in this game. If America doesn’t get alarmed about this soon, the entire country will become their safe space, and American life as we have known it will be a thing of the past. Take it in:

Jack Posobiec at CPAC: “Welcome to the end of democracy. We are here to overthrow it completely. We didn’t get all the way there on Jan. 6, but we will endeavor to get rid of it.”
